Body Back

Body Back® 8-Week Session: this is a results-based program which consists of high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back clients experience targeted HIIT workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with the Body Back Nutrition Guide, moms have a surefire combination for success.

Our next 8 week session begins May 18 and runs to mid July

Session days and times:

  • Mon/Th, 6-7am in Menlo Park - May 18 - July 17, no class May 29, July 3
  • Tues/Fri, 6-7am in Mountain View - May 19 - July 14, no class July 4
  • Tues/Thurs, 4-5pm in San Carlos - May 19 - July 13, no class July 4
  • Mon, 6-7am in Menlo Park, Th, 4-5pm in San Carlos - May 19 - July 13, no class July 4

Future sessions will likely be (but are subject to change):

  • July 24 to Sept 1 (6 week session)
  • Sept 7 to Oct 31 (8 week session)
  • Nov 6 to Dec 19 (6 week session)

The Body Back Transformation includes:

  • 2 workouts a week, each ending with a meditation
  • accountability for your nutrition and fitness goals
  • physical challenges in addition to the workouts
  • a private Facebook group with support and community connection
  • pre and post assessments along with measurements and pictures
