Body Back Transformation

Body Back Transformation is a 6 or 8 week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout in a team environment.

Next Sessions

Our next 6 week session begins July 24 and runs to Sept 1

Session days and times:

  • Mon/Th, 6-7am in Menlo Park - July 24 - Aug 31
  • Mon/Weds, 10:30-11:30am in San Carlos - July 25 to Aug 30
  • Tues/Fri, 6-7am in Mountain View - July 25 - Sept 1
  • Mon, 6-7am in Menlo Park, Th, 4-5pm in San Carlos - July 24 - Aug 31

Future sessions will likely be (but are subject to change):

  • Sept 7 to Oct 31 (8 week session)
  • Nov 6 to Dec 19 (6 week session)

The Body Back Transformation includes:

  • 2 workouts a week, each ending with a meditation
  • accountability for your nutrition and fitness goals
  • physical challenges in addition to the workouts
  • a private Facebook group with support and community connection
  • pre and post assessments along with measurements and pictures

*Body Back is not appropriate for expectant moms- please check out our Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre classes! It is also recommended that you be at least 4 months postpartum before beginning this program. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us for more information.
