What you get when you join the 12 Week Sessions:
1) Group training runs in varied formats with running coaches Natalie Sheffield, Los Altos, and Megan Mack, San Carlos - one day a week.
2) Weekly educational tips on form, nutrition, mindset and more.
3) Support and accountability towards your personal running goal.
4) A Run Club tee!
5) Optional 5K/10K or half marathon race with the team. Our race calendar for the year is posted below.

Why are the sessions 12 weeks long? We have seen that 12 weeks is an excellent amount of time to get enough experience to feel amazing at your goal distance!
What if I can't make it to the workouts but I still want to join? You can get the plan, the support and the team tee for $75. Note: For the best experience, a Facebook account is recommended.
What level of runner do I need to be? You can be a beginning or advanced runner. We will make sure you are taken care of at any level.
Can I bring my baby? Yes, you can bring your baby and kids as long as they'll stay in the stroller. You'll need to have a sturdy stroller that you can run with. Email us if you don't and you still want to join.
Do I have to bring my baby? No!

In recent months our classes have grown and you may have noticed our group on city streets! We are ensuring that all clients will stay on the sidewalk and stay aware of driveway spaces. Please stop to say hello and encourage our mamas as they make the journey towards fitness for life!
