Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. This is our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"!

Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

Body Back is a results based workout program for women at any stage of motherhood. Classes are high intensity with cardio, strength and core as the building blocks. This class is offered in either 5 or 8-week sessions.

Upcoming 2018 sessions:

  • Summer: 7 or 8 week session, June 25 until Aug 17 (opt for the 7 week session if you have a vacation lasting a week)
  • Fall: 8 week session, Aug 27 until Oct 24 (no class on Sept 3 or 4, Labor Day holiday)
  • Winter: 5 week session, Oct 29 until Dec 14 (no class Nov 19-23, Thanksgiving break)

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

The Get Fit Challenge is a 5 week program to help you get more toned and healthier...just in time for the summer! You get weekly emails with suggested workouts, access to a private Facebook group, fun challenges, nutrition guidance and more. To measure your progress over the 5 weeks, we do a pre-assessment at the beginning of the session and a post-assessment at the end!

Every year, every single participant loses inches, sometimes weight, and gains a lot of strength! This is fun to do with friends. Everyone is welcome! Everything can be done online so there is no reason to live nearby to be part of the 5 week program.

This class will be 20 minutes of spinning on the Peloton bike with a Peloton coach broadcast to the team on the bikes. Meanwhile, the group not spinning will do Cardio Strength Core sets with the Body Back instructor. Space in this class is limited. Be sure to enroll as soon as you know you can make it!
