Body Back Drop In Classes

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. We get your heart pumping with cardio, work your body with strength exercises using bodyweight, weights, medicine balls and more. We always make sure we address your core. It's a great full body workout with a group of inspiring and community minded ladies.

  • Los Altos, Hillview Community Center - Tues and Fri, 6-7am
  • Los Altos, Hillview Community Center - Tues and Thurs, 9:15-10:15am
