What is the workout like?
Body Back classes are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) full-body workouts and contain a combination of cardio and strength elements. Classes may be held indoors at studio spaces or outdoors at community parks. Body Back is often performed in circuits and uses a variety of exercise gear such as free weights and medicine balls that are provided by the instructors. Our 6- or 8-week Body Back Transformation programs also include meditations, nutrition coaching and before/after body assessments.
