What is the workout like?

Fit4Baby prenatal workouts are designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Instructors follow guidelines set by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and are Fit4Baby certified to lead classes that are safe and appropriate for each trimester and fitness level. Workouts include intervals of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretching. Classes end with a relaxing meditation focused on connecting you with your baby, tapping your inner and outer strength, and recognizing the exciting changes in your body and your life.
