WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO RUN CLUB?

Bring plenty of water and a yoga mat or towel. Wear comfortable running shoes and appropriate outdoor exercise attire. Sunscreen is recommended. If you bring your child, we recommend keeping baby essentials in your stroller like diapers and wipes, snacks and/or toys for your little one(s). For the safety of your children, please use strollers that are sturdy, not prone to tipping and with children properly secured. Jogging strollers are not required.
