Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Your first class is FREE! Please register on our calendar ahead of time to confirm your spot by 6:00pm the evening before class. Class numbers are limited based on location and classes with fewer than 4 attendees may be canceled.

Class times:

  • Menlo Park, Menlo Park Academy of Dance - Weds and Fri, 6-7am
  • San Carlos, Burton Park - Fri, 9:30-10:30am
  • Los Altos, Los Altos Youth Center - Tues and Fri, 6-7am
  • Menlo Park, Burgess Park - Every other Sunday, 8:30-9:40am (See calendar for dates)
  • San Carlos, Park TBD - One Sunday each month, 8:30-9:40am (See calendar for dates)

It is recommended that you be at least 4 months postpartum before taking this class. No children allowed.

Choose between 5, 10, 15 and 20 classes. Good for 3 months.
