Body Back Transformation

Body Back Transformation is an 8 week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval training with cardio, strength, and core exercises as the basic building blocks, giving clients a total-body workout in a team environment.

The Body Back Transformation includes:

  • 2 workouts a week, each ending with a meditation
  • accountability for your nutrition and fitness goals
  • physical challenges in addition to the workouts
  • a private Facebook group with support and community connection
  • pre and post assessments along with measurements and pictures

What to Expect in Body Back

Spring into your fullest potential in Body Back!

Body Back is a results based workout program for women at any stage of motherhood. Classes are high intensity with cardio, strength and core as the building blocks. This class is offered in either 5 or 8-week sessions.

Upcoming 2018 sessions:

  • Spring: 5 week session, May 14 until June 15
  • Summer: 7 or 8 week session, June 25 until Aug 17 (opt for the 7 week session if you have a vacation lasting a week)
  • Fall: 8 week session, Aug 27 until Oct 24 (no class on Sept 3 or 4, Labor Day holiday)
  • Winter: 5 week session, Oct 29 until Dec 14 (no class Nov 19-23, Thanksgiving break)

Class Times:

  • Mon/Weds, 6-7am - Menlo Park Academy of Dance in Menlo Park.
  • Tues/Fri, 6-7am - Los Altos Youth Center at the Hillview Community Center in Los Altos.
  • Mon/Weds, 9:30-10:30 am - Highlands Park in San Carlos.
  • Tues/Thurs, 9:15-10:15am at the Hillview Community Center in Los Altos.
  • Alternating Sundays, 8:30-9:40am between Burgess Park in Menlo Park and Burton Park in San Carlos

*Body Back is not appropriate for expectant moms- please check out our Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre classes! It is also recommended that you be at least 4 months postpartum before beginning this program. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us for more information.
