Bring plenty of water and a yoga mat or towel. Wear comfortable walking/running shoes and appropriate exercise attire. Jogging strollers are not required. For the safety of your children, please use strollers that are sturdy, not prone to tipping and with children properly secured. If you bring your child, we recommend keeping baby essentials in your stroller like diapers and wipes, snacks and/or toys for your little one(s). For outdoor classes, sunscreen is recommended.
