We rarely cancel class. If there is significant rain or poor air quality, we will move indoors or to virtual class on Zoom. We send updates via email around 8:30am the morning of class to everyone who is registered. Updates can be location changes, moving an in person class indoors or virtual, link changes, etc. We also post on the Private Facebook Group. If the air quality is poor, we use the air quality index on AirNow.org to decide if we will make changes to the schedule. If the AQI is yellow or better we will hold stroller-based classes as planned. If the AQI is orange or better we will hold mama only classes (Body Boost) as planned. If the AQI is outside of the range noted above, we will update class changes by 8:30am the morning of class.
